Very convenient to Tōkyō station, Ginza, Nihombashi, train lines. Very clean and a wonderful staff. Nice little coffee and tea bar in late afternoon only for the guests. I would definitely hear again, but upgrade to a more superior room for a bit more space. Many quick breakfast options in the immediate area.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I stayed here for my first night of a 12-day trip with my 15 year-old daughter for her spring break. We went to several cities in Japan and I picked this hotel due to the ratings and proximity to the shinkansen (bullet train). This was our second time in Japan and my third hotel experience in Tokyo. I am writing this review at the tail end of our trip, now having stayed at 9 hotels in Japan thus far. This hotel was underwhelming for me. Check-in was fine, but the women at the front desk were a bit cold, which has not been the norm for me in Japan. Next, we arrived after a 12-hour flight, excited to get some food at the hotel and wind down, but the restaurant was closed, as it is only open for breakfast and lunch. Major bummer. Although the hotel is near Tokyo station, its not close enough to walk with a bunch of bags in my opinion. Further, the location was uninspiring. Although its close to Ginza, the actual block it's on is very business-like, and not inviting. The room was okay, but not up to the design standard the photos online make the hotel look. As for the breakfast, I was not impressed. Not many selections and the restaurant is small and cramped. While there, I noticed many businessmen, which made sense to me after experiencing everything I described above. If I could go back in time, I would have liked to choose a hotel actually in Ginza that had an operating restaurant, friendlier staff, and a bit more pizazz than what this hotel was giving.

A clean, efficient, nicely decorated hotel 5-10 minutes' walk from Tokyo Station. Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lounge on the same level as reception has tea and coffee making facilities and is available for guests' use until late evening. Price is reasonable for the location and standard. (This is an expensive area.)

We stayed at this hotel as our last stop in Japan. The hotel can be accessed through an underground way from Tokyo station plus ~200 m pedestrian walk. Very useful during rain. It is also very close by the metro stop making it very convenient to go every where in Tokyo. The room is modern, clean and it has one of the best sleep wears. It is also quite spacious compare to other hotels we stayed in.

This was the last hotel we stayed in Japan prior to our trip home and as it was only one night, we did not have a chance to make use of the facilities. We did however have a pretty standard buffet breakfast although the selection of foods was quite limited and the quality was not as high as the other ones we went to. The entrance The room was quite standard but one standout feature were the drawings of horses, turtles, socks and kanji on the white canvas which spanned the length of the room. The usual amenities could be topped up from the reception area and the room lights were easily accessible by the bedside drawers. The only other feature was the long entrance hall as you soon as you entered the room that turned a sharp corner into the main part of the room. To me it felt like a large waste of space that could have been better utilized. Maybe it was an architectural feature to create a sense of mystery and suspense for the room! Overall would recommend this place to travellers who are interested in shopping in Ginza as it is literally within 3min walk from the hotel, especially if you are interested in Daiso!
